    Mothers Day Brunch

    Posted By Dennis Schaefer

We took are now large family ( its now grown to 12) out for brunch on mothers day. we went to the Old 23 Grille in Howell.

    www.grille23restaurant.com

They put on a great feast and the service was excellant and all for just 14.95 a person. What surprised me the most was even though our reservations were for 3:30 and the buffet ended at 4 they kept bringing out fresh HOT entrees till after 4.
    NICE JOB Old 23 Grille.

How Great Does It Feel To Get "Customer Service"

    Posted By Dennis Schaefer

I have come to accept that Customer service is a lost art. But then I realized that the only way for companies to start to grow again in this new economy is to bring back this lost art. And as consumers we must reward those companies that do. You may be asking yourself (self how can I do that?). Well we can do that in the most obvious way, continuing to buy their services and products or along with that we can blog them praises. From the little mom and pop businesses in your local community to the large corps, they need to know how great it feels to get good customer service and how much we appreciate it. So that’s why I created the POSI-BLOG. On this blog we are only going to post positive comments about the great experiences you’ve had from that restaurant around the corner to the cashier at the big box chain. It doesn’t matter how small the gesture, if it made you feel better about your purchase post it. I also want to include a link to their website so more people can find out about them. If we build up these businesses then maybe more businesses will jump on this band wagon of pleased and happy customers and this will no longer be a LOST ART.
